I forgot to get the owners name. This dude is amazing. He answered my questions that he has probably responded to a billion times before. He educated me and sold me some bait. He also had bait boxes for sale. They appeared to be very similar to the tom cat ones I had. He suggested that perhaps I might look at the boxes I had in see if there was a way to open them. With a pair of gloves on I had 5 bait traps opened and revealed in 5 minutes. Now I have reusable traps and a local business I will return to for my pest control needs. Thank you!

The guy that runs this place is super knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and educated me on what works and doesn't work. He didn't try to sell me more than what I needed and the prices are super reasonable too!! If you have German roaches, check this place out!! I laid the baits down and within about a week I noticed they had all basically disappeared.

The owner is an absolute wealth of information! He really knows his products and they are professional grade not what you might purchase at a big box store. I'm from out of state and my 94 year old mama lives in St Pete, I come in a 3 times a year, spray once while I'm there and it literally pays for one of my flights.

Seems that the staff is knowledgeable and ready to help the moment you walk in the door. The products I got here were almost twice as strong and twice as many as what I got from the big box store so hopefully that will nuke these German roaches into the next world

I’m sorry I think this guy is a con man. He sold me $60 of regular baits and 2 baits to stop reproduction and I should see less German roaches and they should be gone in 2 weeks. Didn’t happen and when I called back he said he had told me if they weren’t gone in 2 weeks I should come back in and buy more from him. He mislead me by telling me the roaches would be gone then told me he said I would need to come back in 2 weeks when I called today. A true rip off con man

Good place for buying products that get results. The owner is very knowledgeable advising product uses and application. I have been using his help for maybe 20 years or more. The products work and when I follow the routines I don't get bugs or fleas.

The Guy is SCUM...He'll lie to you in your face. Told me that his rat poison won't poison other animals. Bought them and when reading the warning label...said the exact opposite. Now I have to throw them out. This guy is scum, that's why he hasn't set up his phone.

Bought a house and tried the basic ant killer sprays from Home Depot, and didn’t see very significant results. Stopped into Do it Yourself Pest Control and after 2 minutes of speaking with the owner, walked out with a spray bottle and ant spray… 4 months later we have a night and day reduction of ants in the house and the perimeter. Very knowledgeable gentleman who sells products that work!
